We paid big bucks to go to a sort-of fancy dinner where they passed out awards and celebrated the kids' achievements. Josh was awarded a scholarship, which was exciting and he was recognized for his 3.6 GPA.
After the dinner, he hung out with friends and signed yearbooks.
But June 8 was the big day!!
Yep, that's the best picture, because rather than use the school Auditorium, or the base theater, they held graduation in the gym. I'm still a bit salty about that. And you couldn't see much and they wouldn't let you get up and take photos anywhere near the "stage". Whatever. My boy graduated.
After the ceremony, we looked for Josh and he looked for us and then he found us and was so cute, dashing over for hugs and congratulations.
That's my boy! He's a High School Graduate now!
Getting all the love from his sisters.
Callie insisted that he needed flowers. So he got them. And he was pleased.
There was some last minute yearbook signing.
And then some victory pull-ups.... you know, since we were in the gym and all.
..... yep, still salty about the gym.....
