Kids and Cousins

We got these cool steampunk goggles for cousin Camden.  They were a big hit. And Rylee wears them well.

 Delaney loved snuggling her cousin Liza.

Simon got Grandpa snuggles.

 Rachel was content to play in a box.

There was a turtle in the garden!  Marian had to check it out.

Denali was excited about it too. 

The girls were put in charge of Liza, so we ended up with a Baby in a Basket. 

 Andy crashed one afternoon.  The best part was the pink My Little Pony he chose to nap with.

Delaney wanted to try on Rylee's new glasses.She's cute in them!

White Water

Apparently fun and water make it impossible to take photos.  We went to WhiteWater with Kristy and her kids.  It was a rainy day, but we had a great time.... until thunder ended it all.  They closed down the park.  So we went off to play at the thrift stores, and we had a most excellent lunch at Golden Corral.  It was a really good day.

But these are the only pictures I took.  Sigh.

Visiting Andy

 You know how you go to visit your brother and his family and you have an awesome time but end up having so much fun hanging out with them that you totally forget to take any pictures and have nothing to show for those few days except a bunch of photos of the kids with his snake.  Sigh.

A trip to the Temple

 We had the opportunity to crash the Youth Temple Trip in Mom and Dad's ward. They took 30 youth that day!!  It was crazy.  But awesome.

It was Delaney's first time and it was great.

Photoshoots

She wanted a picture with the chicks.  So she perched one of the baby chicks on her shoulder.

It was mostly cooperative.

But this cracks me up!

Callie also wanted chick photos.  But something is missing here....

Ah, there it is!

And I needed a picture with the girls and their grandpa. 

 And one with their cousin Sarah.

But Grandpa is worse than the girls at cooperating! 

 Thank goodness Sarah and Rylee are behaving.

But at least I got them in a picture. Cooperative or not!
